Ghost Producer EDM offers digital vocal acapella products. These are sold under two licensing models:

• Standard License (non-exclusive)
• Exclusive License (buyout — one-time sale with full rights transfer)

When you purchase a vocal product, you are granted the rights outlined in the corresponding license type (Standard or Exclusive). Please review each license type carefully before purchasing.

3. Payments and Billing
3.1. Pricing
All product prices are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases made before the update.

3.2. Payment Methods
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy and these Terms of Service.

3.3. Taxes
All prices shown include VAT and any applicable taxes. No additional or hidden fees will be charged at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership
All vocals and related content sold on our platform remain the intellectual property of Ghost Producer EDM or its contributors unless sold under an Exclusive License, in which case ownership transfers to the buyer.

4.2. Use of Content
Buyers may use purchased vocal content in accordance with the specific license granted (Standard or Exclusive). Redistribution, resale, or sharing of raw vocal files is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Uses
5.1. Restrictions
You may not:

• Claim ownership of vocals under Standard License
• Use the vocals for unlawful or infringing purposes

5.2. Content ID & Copyright Claims
Under Standard Licenses, vocals may be sold to multiple customers. Therefore, uploading tracks to Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID) or claiming exclusive rights is not allowed.

6. Refund Policy
Please note that due to the nature of digital vocal content, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue (e.g., wrong file received). Not receiving a download link is not grounds for a refund — in such cases, please contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability:
